REMINDER: Before flying, all animals need a health certificate dated within 10 days of their flight and a rabies certificate.

If you intend to transfer the dog you have found to our or any other rescues care, you MUST keep a record of the following information:

• Age

• Weight (as accurate as possible)

• Spayed/Neutered

• Date of DHLPP 1

• Date of DHLPP 2

• Date of Bordetella

• Date of Rabies (if puppy, dates of boosters)

• Date of 4dx and results

• Date(s) of treatment if necessary

• Date of dewormer

• Health issue overview

• Personality overview
